I've marshalled a few times and there seems to be a hierarchy, orange overalls lots of badges, orange overalls (not new) orange overalls (new), any old clothes with tabbard. Do these uniforms indicate any degree of competence and what use is an orange overall when its raining?

well not really because it just might mean someone wants to protect themselves and might have done it for longer, but in april on Wis Corner there wasnt anyone with us in orange! but ive got mine now:)
